In our offer, you will find thermosetting powder coatings intended for diverse industrial sectors, available in a full color spectrum.
In our offer, you will find powder coatings such as:
Polyester powder coatings, designed for outdoor use. They exhibit high resistance to atmospheric conditions, corrosion, mechanical and chemical damage.
Epoxy-polyester powder coatings, designed for indoor use. They possess high mechanical and chemical properties as well as resistance to yellowing.
Epoxy powder coatings, designed for indoor use, on surfaces particularly exposed to contact with chemical substances. Highly resistant to chemicals and corrosion.
Polyurethane powder coatings, designed for outdoor use, resistant to UV radiation and atmospheric conditions. Thanks to their properties, they also perform excellently as ANTI-GRAFFITI products.
Polyester powder coatings, exclusively for indoor use.
These are thermosetting coatings with a broad range of applications. Each of them can be produced in a full color spectrum compliant with RAL, PANTONE, NCS, BS and other color charts.
We are also able to develop a powder coating according to individual customer specifications or based on a provided sample.
In addition, the company's offer includes anti-corrosion primers, transparent clearcoats, metallic coatings, snake-skin effects, antique effects, hammer tones and others, as well as special purpose products:
Dedicated to aluminum coating in architectural applications. Characterized by very good resistance to atmospheric conditions and good mechanical properties, confirmed by testing at the IFO institute.
Designed for curing at lower than standard temperatures, which in the case of thick components allows for reducing costs associated with heating.
Used in conditions requiring protection against static charge accumulation. The coating obtained on the element prevents charge accumulation through dissipation.
Powder coatings with increased resistance to outgassing. Designed specifically for demanding substrates such as thick aluminum castings or hot-dip galvanized steel. The degassing additive is introduced at the extrusion stage, ensuring its uniform dispersion throughout the coating.
Applied to surfaces where superior protection against microbes is required, e.g. on wall panels in operating theatres, metal casings of medical equipment or hospital bed frames. Surface antimicrobial activity has been tested according to ISO 22196 and confirmed by a certificate of compliance.
Our coatings do not contain TGIC or heavy metals, making them environmentally friendly with no harmful impact on health and the environment.
